Mead Realisations Ltd is the lead promotor for this nature led master plan of 300 zero carbon homes and commercial space including offices, light industrial and electric car charging station. The total site area is 27 Ha.

A new mixed use zero-carbon development at the eastern edge of Weston-Super-Mare that will support sustainable employment in the area and create much needed intergenerational housing. Working with the water on site, an active landscape focusing on health and well-being is proposed, providing the local area with access to open blue and green spaces and community places.

Weston-super-Mare’s sustainable and active travel has been constrained by the M5 for over 50 years, a new family-friendly cycle link from WSM to the Strawberry line will enable access under the M5 and out to the countryside, connecting WSM and existing residents to nature and their natural surroundings.
