This 55 acre plot of land was a classic greenfield site.
This flagship site for the Mead Realisations team was the brainchild of our founder, the late Derek Mead. The 55 Acre greenfield site which is now built out, hosts a vast array of commercial businesses which now employs over 600 people.
Mead Realisations identified its location for a Regional Rural Business Centre which includes the largest livestock market in the UK, possibly in Europe. Other occupiers include a Holiday Inn, Skoda Dealership, Muller Dairy and several other businesses, each occupying over 10,000 sq. ft.
The development of Junction 24 Bridgwater has provided the South West with the largest Livestock Auction Centre in the UK, a key international transport stop-off point, a trading area for local business as well as tens of thousands of sq. ft commercial and manufcaturing space.
