Mead Realisations received planning approval in 2015 for 1,400 residential units and 8.42 Ha of commercial space
As part of North Somerset Council’s 2012 Local Plan this site was identified as an area of strategic growth in Weston-super-Mare. Mead Realisations Ltd was the lead consortium member and were successful in gaining planning approval in 2015 for 1,400 residential units and 8.42 Ha of commercial space.
In order to enable delivery of this site, two new access roads had to be built in addition to a half mile long noise bund along the adjoining motorway, which was constructed under the watchful eye of the Mead Realisations team.
Mead Realisations are proud to have been the lead consortium member in this strategic growth scheme set forth by the local plan. We worked closely with local residents and North Somerset Council to bring this site to fruition.
